“Mechanical and plant engineering is the largest industrial sector in Germany. 1.3 million employees produce the future in mechanical engineering – a future for our world of tomorrow – 83% export ratio, a strong network of subsidiaries and branches abroad stand for this global perspective. We therefore need a large number of globally-minded, interculturally competent and highly qualified people who bring this view with them, often – especially in management – with an interface competence, e.g. of technology and business administration.<\/p>\n

“Being able to understand how different markets work is key to doing global business. A few years back Asian markets were seen as export or manufacturing locations. This has changed. We now see fascinating local innovations from mobility to fintech & AI to industrial applications. Demanding customers and the rapid speed of change are a challenge to European businesses. We need talents that can understand the opportunities and leverage innovation of all parts of the world to make their own business successful and leading.”<\/em><\/p>\n
