Hard skills:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree or comparable commercial training
  • Communication skills and enthusiasm for sales activities
  • Confident handling of MS Office and a high affinity for digital media and online communities
  • Ability to work in a team, social interaction and creative input for the further development of the university

Soft skills:

  • Enjoy working with people and have an open, extroverted personality
  • Preferably initial experience in sales

Languages:

  • fluency in German and English

Student Recruiter (m/f/d)

Cologne, Full-time, Partially remote, Permanent contract

Tasks:

  • You will advise interested parties and applicants on all content-related and formal questions regarding the degree programme and the application process (in person on site and/or digitally).
  • You will be the contact person for our students for organisational questions relating to their studies.
  • You will be involved in the planning and implementation of internal and external sales measures (e.g. information events, school searches or taster days).
  • You will be involved in the creation of sales materials.
  • You will process applications in German and English, conduct interviews with interested parties and applicants and be jointly responsible for contract management.
  • You will contribute creative and fresh ideas to optimise sales activities.
