Business psychology deals with the relationships and dynamics of individuals and groups in the workplace, with leadership and motivation, with the selection and recruitment of personnel and psychological aspects in the development and retention of employees. In the corporate context, business psychology also analyzes psychological influences on market and consumer behavior, on change and transformation processes as well as ethical issues in the corporate context.

The focus of the degree program is on acquiring knowledge in general psychology and business psychology. A practical project in a company enables you to put what you have learned into practice. Everyone has their own preferences and interests, both in their professional career and in their studies. The distance learning course in Business Psychology gives you the opportunity to pursue exactly this! In the fourth semester, you have the opportunity to choose two focus areas to specialize in during your Bachelor’s degree.
By the end of the third (full-time study) and/or fourth (part-time study) semester you will have acquired the basic knowledge of your course and can choose your two focus fields. You have two options.
