Your course content in social media at the interface of Strategy, Management & Production

Your studies begin with an introduction to self-organized learning. It prepares you optimally for your online studies at INU; from study organization to the use of digital tools and communication.

The specialist content of the distance learning course is not just about social media, but also takes an interdisciplinary look. Courses on basic business skills, management models and marketing principles form the basis. Building on this, knowledge and skills in social media management, influencer marketing and lifestyle management are taught.

"Who says what via which channel to whom and with what effect?"

The Lasswell formula is particularly applicable to the management and implementation of social media strategies. The online course covers the entire social media workflow – from target group identification and strategy development to technical implementation on the Web. This includes monitoring campaigns using social media monitoring and analysis tools . So no more W questions remain unanswered!
