Qualifications

A master‘s degree in business psychology or psychology, along with a relevant doctorate and academic publica-tions meeting the recruitment criteria outlined in Section 36 of the North Rhine-Westphalia Higher Education Act.
Possess several years of relevant professional experience (with a minimum of five years in professional practice, including at least three years outside of academia).
Demonstrate an eagerness to assume academic leadership roles and embrace responsi-bility.
Exhibit a strong affinity for digital media, leveraging expertise to effectively integrate modern university didactics.
Display reliability, cooperativeness, and adeptness in virtual teaching while delivering knowledge with enthusiasm in face-to-face formats.
Understand online community dynamics, fostering maximum social interaction, collaboration, exchange, and feedback opportunities for students.
Embrace teamwork and align actions with the university’s long-term objectives.
Contribute to the university’s ongoing success through dedication and innovation.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
