Scientific competencies: Graduates acquire comprehensive knowledge in artificial intelligence, data management, leadership, digital transformation, change management, entrepreneurship and business development. They examine these areas with a focus on artificial intelligence and deal with law and ethics in connection with AI.

Professional skillsMBA graduates are able to analyze complex business contexts and develop practical solutions for the challenges of the digital economy.

Personal skills: Graduates are able to perceive and actively shape social processes. In doing so, they can take current trends into account. They present their ideas in a manner appropriate to the target audience, reflect critically and engage in discussions with academics and practitioners.

Admission Requirements

First Degree

A successfully completed undergraduate degree (in any field).

Work Experience

You have at least one year of relevant work experience following the completion of your first degree. The exact duration depends on the scope of your bachelor’s degree: For a bachelor’s degree with 240 ECTS: at least 1 year of professional experience For a bachelor’s degree with 210 ECTS: at least 1.5 years of professional experience For a bachelor’s degree with 180 ECTS: at least 2 years of professional experience

Language Requirements

Admission to English-language degree programs also requires English language proficiency equivalent to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (alternative proof: a TOEFL score of at least 90 or an IELTS score of at least 6.5).

Recognition of Previous Academic Credentials

If you have already achieved credits at other universities or in other degree programmes, you can submit an application for recognition of these credits. This could help reduce both the length and cost of your studies at INU. We would be pleased to review your previous achievements and advise you on possible credit transfers.

Business Analysis: Analysis of business processes and data to identify optimization potential, development of data- and AI-driven recommendations, and creation of strategies for business development.

IT / AI Project Management: Planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and AI implementation initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets, and coordinating involved teams and resources.

Consulting for Digital Transformation: Advising companies on the implementation of digital transformation projects, identifying digitalization potential, and developing customized strategies to increase competitiveness.
